Happy Monday

Happy Monday everyone.  I hope that all of you who came back over the holiday break last week are feeling back in the swing of things today.  For those of you  just going back today-I hope the transition is smooth and easy.  I'll be sharing the favorite blogs and blogposts people have sent me later this week.  If there are any you would like included-please post it in the comment thread.
